This month, we’re celebrating the northernmost Japanese prefecture: Hokkaido! It’s known for its delicious dairy and produce, and beautiful wintertime activities. This past year, a manufacturing association called Sapporo Bussan Kyokai invited our Bokksu staff to Hokkaido to meet their makers. Some of the snacks in this box are a direct result of this wonderful trip! We hope you enjoy these wintry treats as the first flurries of snow float past your windowsill.
