Cold brew coffee, step aside! Meant for summer days, mizudashicha is tea infused in cold water. This tea features matcha blended with sencha green tea leaves from Kagoshima prefecture for a fragrant tea with a distinctive taste when steeped in cold water, perfect for summer iced tea.
Brewing Instructions
Put 1 pack in a teapot, pour about 200 ml of water, stir lightly and wait for about 4 to 5 minutes. (2 to 3 minutes from the second brew). Pour cold sencha into a glass of ice.
For 1 liter, use 2 to 3 packs. You can easily enjoy it anytime by chilling it in the refrigerator for several hours to overnight.
