Dashi is considered the mother of all Japanese soup stocks and is often made with kombu seaweed and bonito fish flakes. This umami-rich stock teams up with kurobuta pork and pork bones, which gives the ramen a full, juicy mouthfeel that coats the tongue with deliciousness.

Ramen Preparation Instructions

1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add noodles and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

2. After turning off the heat, pour in the soup base and stir well. Add pork, wakame seaweed, bamboo shoots, etc. as desired for an even better taste.

3. Finish by transferring to a prepared bowl and serve. You can also add chashu pork, kikurage mushrooms, green onions, etc., as desired.
